Genkikoi had a rare invitation to view Maruju's growing of special tosai while visiting their farm in spring 07'. The quality and pattern of these tosai are outstanding. We are looking forward to seeing them again this fall at nisai harvest. According to Shigeyoshi Tanaka, their 25cm (10") tategoi tosai should reach 40-45cm (16"-18") by this fall.
